Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Agent Everywhere LLC ("Agent Everywhere", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website (agent-everywhere.com) and the Agent Everywhere browser service: a cloud browser your AI assistant can use on your behalf, reached through our MCP server and our web dashboard (together, the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information. You sign in with Google through our authentication provider, WorkOS. We receive your name, email address, profile picture, and whether Google has verified your email. We never receive your Google password.
- Workspace information. The workspaces you create or join, their names and plans, and the email addresses and roles of their members, including people you invite.
- Usage information. Records of each browser session: when it started and ended, how long it ran, how much browser time it was billed, which workspace it was billed to, and any labels your assistant provides (such as the site or purpose). We use these for billing, plan limits, and support.
- Saved browser profiles. If you sign in to websites in your browser and press Save, that browser's cookies and site storage are kept so your assistant can use those sites later. The profile is stored by our browser provider, Browserbase; we keep only a reference to it. Passwords you type go to the website you type them into. We do not ask for them or store them.
- Session recordings. Browser sessions are recorded by Browserbase so that you and we can review what happened in a session. Recordings can contain the content of pages that were open.
- Technical information. IP addresses and request logs, used to secure the Service and prevent abuse. When the residential proxy feature is turned on, we look up the approximate location of your IP address (country and city) to route your browser through an address near you.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe on this website, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: sign you in, run browsers, keep your saved profile, and apply your workspace's plan and limits.
- To bill workspaces and keep usage records.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To communicate with you about the Service, and to send the newsletter if you subscribed.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information from Google
We use Google sign-in only to confirm who you are. We request your basic profile and email address and use them only to sign you in and identify you in the Service. Agent Everywhere's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your AI assistant
You use the Service through an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. What you and the assistant exchange is handled by that assistant's provider under its own privacy policy. The Service is built so that the address of your browser is never shown to the assistant.
Service providers
We share information with these providers only as needed to run the Service:
- WorkOS: sign-in and account management.
- Google: sign-in.
- Browserbase: cloud browsers, saved profiles, and session recordings.
- Railway: hosting and our database.
- Cloudflare: this website.
- Beehiiv: the newsletter.
- When the residential proxy feature is turned on: DataImpulse (proxy network) and ipinfo.io (approximate location).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.
How long we keep it
- Account and workspace information: while your account is active, and deleted when you ask us to delete it.
- Usage records: as long as we need them for billing, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Saved browser profiles: until you clear them (ask your assistant to clear your profile), or until your account is deleted. Clearing deletes the profile at Browserbase.
- Session recordings: for as long as Browserbase retains them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under local law.
Security
We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit. Each user's data is isolated in our database. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think something is wrong.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If a change is significant, we will also notify account holders by email.
