Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Agent Everywhere LLC ("Agent Everywhere", "we") for this website (agent-everywhere.com) and the Agent Everywhere browser service: a cloud browser your AI assistant can use on your behalf, reached through our MCP server and our web dashboard (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree for that organization too.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, because you are responsible for what happens under it, including actions your AI assistant takes with the Service. You must be at least 16. We may limit how many people can sign up, and we may pause new sign-ups.
Workspaces
Browser use is billed to a workspace. Every workspace has at least one admin, who can manage its members and its plan. Admins are responsible for who they add and for the plan they choose.
Plans and billing
Each plan limits how many browsers a workspace can run at the same time and includes an amount of browser time. Paid plans and extra browser time are charged at the prices we show you when you choose a plan. We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. If a workspace does not pay, we may suspend it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, or let your AI assistant use it, to:
- break any law, or violate anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- get into accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
- send spam, commit fraud, or impersonate anyone;
- attack, overload, or disrupt any website or service, including ours;
- get around our limits or security, or resell the Service without our written permission.
Websites you visit through the Service have their own terms. Following them is your responsibility. We may suspend use that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you bring into or create with the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.
Our Service
We own the Service and the software behind it. It depends on third parties such as Google, WorkOS, Browserbase, and Railway, and on the AI assistant you use. We are not responsible for those third parties or for the websites you visit through the Service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI assistants can make mistakes. Check what yours does on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Agent Everywhere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Agent Everywhere against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity continue after these terms end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and notify account holders by email of any significant change. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
